to the printing industry. We can do spot coating using
screen-printing, and can also do full coating by roller
coater. We can handle sizes up to 28" width while
the length is not a limitation. We have handled lengths
of up to 60". UV coating provides an alternative
solution for high gloss and smooth finish in print media
comparable with traditional lamination.

Jainco manufactures UV varnishes for special effect finishes.Some of the effects by screen printing include :- sand effect UV caotings, structure effect UV coatings, leather effect Uvcoatings, Glitter effect UV coatings. Some of the effects can also be achieved by roller coater and by offset coating techniques. Jainco also manufacture Silver scratch Ink for scratch cards. These inks are high opacity Inks tobe applied by screen process.
