UV Coatings
For the above applications we manufacure the following liquids.
Gloss Finish :- UV-1200G – high gloss finish on most substrates.
Leather/ structure finish :- UV-175K – gives a finish like that of matt photograph paper on a glossy sheet.
We have another product UV-9060, gives similar finish like UV-175K – lower viscosity for small capacity pumps.
Matt finish – UV-Matt - gives a dull matt finish.
We manufacture UV coater machine for Digital prints from machines like Xerox, HP Indigo, Noritsu photo prints and others . The machines are very compact with small foot print and very simple to use. UV coater by Jainco is very sturdy and compact and requires minimum maintenance and training. Different sizes are available. For the discerning customers we recommend our regular coater and curing units which give longer conveyor for better finishing.
